DRYmedic Restoration Services of Alpharetta

I called DryMedic after a pine tree fell on our house, causing extensive water and structural damage. Luis and his team were quick to respond, took several photos and moisture readings for the insurance company. Afterwards, they sent in their remediation crew and removed flooring, light fixtures, insulation, and drywall to prevent any potential issues with mold. Luis also prepared a very detailed estimate for restoration services to rebuild the house back to its original condition. I would highly recommend using DryMedic for your remediation and restoration services.

I had a great experience working with this team on my reconstruction project. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the quality of the work truly exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Luis Castillo, the project manager, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain every step and made sure I was comfortable with all decisions along the way. The floor turned out amazing — it looks absolutely great and really transformed the space. You can tell the work was done with care and precision. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality reconstruction work. Overall, a great experience from beginning to end.

I had a great experience with DryMedic Alpharetta. Luis Castillo, the project manager, explained everything clearly and honestly from the start, which really gave me confidence in the process. The insurance company’s vendor wanted to rip out my entire floor, so I decided to get a second opinion. Luis and his team offered a much better solution using specialized drying equipment, avoiding unnecessary demolition. Because of their approach, I was able to drop the claim and avoid a potential increase in my insurance premium. I’m very thankful for their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with Drymedic Restoration. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the team was super easy to work with. Luis Castillo, the project manager, was awesome throughout the entire remodel. He really took the time to explain all the options, different pricing scenarios, and helped us understand the cost differences so we could make the best decisions for our space and budget. One of the biggest upgrades for us was the sound barriers they installed, and honestly, it made a huge difference. The improvement in sound quality inside the studio has been noticeable right away and has really elevated our classes. What we appreciated the most was how communicative and helpful Luis and the team were. They were always available, answered all our questions, and made sure everything stayed on track. Overall, super happy with the results and would definitely recommend Drymedic Restoration to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team.

We hired drymedic for our basement restoration from flooding. They were very professional throughout the process. They also helped make all the insurance process easy with sending over all the necessary paperwork for the claims process. Luis was our primary point of contact and was great to work with. Services performed - pumping out water, removal of damaged furniture, drywall and carpet, drying out the entire basement and rebuilding. The quality of the work was great. When we found issues, they immediately addressed them. They were also flexible on changes we wanted through the rebuild process.
